WHERE IS THE GYM?
Our gym is located between Axa insurance and O'Sullivan Safety on the Long Mile Road, Walkinstown see here.
WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
You can come to whichever 3 sessions per week that suit you best.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
The 6 Week Challenge is €299 €199 – that includes everything, no additional costs or hidden extras.
WHEN CAN I START?
Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start right away.
DO I NEED GYM EXPERIENCE?
No – we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level.
All sessions are full body strength training sessions, with some conditioning, with a max 8 people per session.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?
It's your choice – you can become a full member or if you decide we're not for you, we can part ways with no hard feelings.
